Help Is On The Way

Work has been pretty good to me… Over the last 3 weeks I’ve managed to stay above water and come through for the company as they have for me. We have recently hired another Electrical Engineer with much more expirience then I and I think this will be something that we can all benefit from.

For about a week and a half I was working on the same program trying to calculate Taper Tension with the information that I was provided. We finally got the mahcine working with the set values that we calculated this past Thursday.

Apparently I am only the third engineer to figure out how the taper tension is calculated for the company. They had previous programs that I was able to use as references but none of them had the same drives that I was using. It was a mess… This week it’s back to “normal”… whatever “normal” is…
