Trying Times
How do you know when you’ve found someone? Someone that makes you feel special, someone that takes the time out to make that unexpected phone call, someone that loves you unconditionally, someone that respects you, someone that follows your every move and supports all of your decisions, someone that has a career and is dedicated to accomplishing their goals, someone that you can sit and talk to openly, someone that understands you, someone that has the same family values as you do, someone that can meet you half way on the things you disagree on, someone that you can trust, someone that is honest, someone you can rely on, someone that is willing to work things out, someone that you are mutaully attracted to both physically, spiritually, and mentally… now stop… there no longer there.
Now what do you do? do you persue them, do you wait, do you forget them, do you even care about them, do you carry on your with everyday life as if they didn’t exist, do you live your everyday hoping to see them again, do you call them, do you hate them, do you regret your decisions, do you make pretend their still there, do you look for the same qualities in someone else, do you out do them, do you compare yourself to them, do you really want them back, do you think of the endless possibilities of what it would be like if you were still together, do you put them into your thoughts if someone mentions their name even if they aren’t talking about them… now stop… they never left…
