Just an idea…

Within the next three-four months I’m going up against a few major changes with the site and my other toys. But it’s hard to deal with the site because of the lack of communication or thereof within myself, Dominican bloggers and our state of mind. Maybe there is nothing to think about in regards to this and maybe it’s just me…

Simply thinking of the changes is enough to keep my time occupied. But I don’t think this is enough to carry the 2,200 bloggers along with me. (I don’t think there are actually 2,200 live bloggers, but at least 100-300) One of my disadvantages along with the other bloggers that do not live in Dominican Republic is the ability to make things happen within the country. I don’t think we need much to make a donation. I’ve even thought of devoting a week of my time in the year to a non-profit in Dominican Republic. It’ll be one of the things I hope to look into once I get there. If it works, I’ll share my ideas on Blogs Dominicanos and hopefully we can do it as a group once or twice a year. Nothing big, no press, no big donation, nothing ridiculous.

Maybe someone else could be more then willing to look into doing something similar and do it on behalf of Blogs Dominicanos…
