About the write up part, I don´t know, I believe that in most cases politics and ¨other¨ office matters tend to have the last word. My workplace is hell when it comes to promotions and write ups, you feel that the best thing to do is to stay away from both situations, yeah thatś right, stay away from promotions, so if I want to move up, i have to move out first.
